A highly volatile market for gas, food, and other consumables has left the nation with a problem of high prices and a weaken dollar. Stimulus Packages Reach Millions of Americans Ahead of Schedule

Recognizing the fact that the economy is flagging, the Federal Government, extremely concerned about the condition of America, decided to begin distributing the stimulus packages on April 28th, four days ahead of schedule.

President Bush commented on the decision, saying that the 28th marked the date in which the households of America could begin to expect their tax rebates checks.
