		<description>That really does not matter, whatever you have paid would be adjusted however you have to be cautious about the identity of those compnies, you need to have a proof of the payments that you have been making to them , you really can&#039;t get rid of the loan or a debt that you have coz it would be on your  ocil or probably on your credit so the best you could do is to pay it off or settle it ASAP however remember that the settlement you avail should not have the discounted amount of more than $600.00 as it further has an interest charge as per the 1099 C form.</description>
